Annual UUFC Holiday Fair, 12/5

Our Annual UUFC Holiday Fair is Saturday, December 5 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

CALLING ALL ARTISANS: Are you an artist or craftsperson who would like to sell your art at our Holiday Fair? Start working now to have enough items ready for sale on 12/5.

PUT 12/5 ON YOUR CALENDAR: The Holiday Fair features locally made, unique items available for gift giving or personal collections – paintings, prints, jewelry, carvings, wooden art, greeting cards, paper goods, home decor, clothing items, holiday decorations, and more. You can also purchase live evergreen trees, holiday swags for your door or table, baked goods, preserves, candy, snacks, a light lunch. There will also be a re-giftables section of less expensive items so that children can buy small gifts for relatives and friends.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We will need folks to post flyers around town, bakers, kitchen workers, greeters, cashiers, people to make evergreen swags, folks to set up and take down tables, and people to help the artisans. The Holiday Fair is one of our major fundraisers for the Fellowship. You can be a part of it. Come join the fun.

Parking Lot Rummage Sale, 9/12

Find items in your closets, attic, garage that you no longer need and donate them to the annual UUFC Parking Lot Rummage Sale. Pre-price the items at home (whole dollar amounts, thrift store pricing) and bring them between 8:00 – 8:45 AM to the UUFC parking lot. Display the items on tables there or ones you bring. Join with a friend or two to stay by the table and encourage sales. Send buyers to a central cashier. At 1:00 PM pack up any unsold items and take home or to a thrift store. It’s a win-win for you and the Fellowship. Encourage all your friends and neighbors to come.

2025-26 Services Auction Feedback Request

In 2026, for the first time, the Services Auction was held off-campus. This was an experiment, and we ask for feedback using the linked form https://forms.gle/XerdBHzwPQmj2MZ2A to share their views on the Scout Lodge and their preferences with respect to hosting future auctions at UUFC, the Scout Lodge, or, potentially, other off-campus sites. Responses will be used by the fundraising team in making its recommendation to the Finance Council and Board on the venue for future Auctions.

Volunteers Needed for UUFC Auction, 6/6

The UUFC fundraising auction on June 6 is one of the largest Fellowship events of the year! It takes many hands to make it happen, and we need yours. Volunteers will receive dinner for free as thanks for their service! View the available roles in the signup form by clicking the button below.

Note that this form is for expressing interest in roles. The auction organizers will assign roles based on how many people express interest for which jobs. You can choose which roles you like, or you can say you’re open for anything! Each person will be assigned a single role, unless they check the box indicating they’re open to filling multiple sequential roles through the event.

UUFC Online Auction Opens, 5/17

The online portion of the Fellowship’s annual fundraising auction is opening for bidding on Sunday, May 17 at 1 PM! Peruse the lots donated by our community, and bid on the ones you desire straight from your computer. The online auction focuses on goods and services, while the live auction (happening June 6!) will focus on experiences.

May 10 Deadline: UUFC Auction Donations Needed

Please submit any donations by May 10, 2026.

Our annual Services and Silent Auction is on Saturday, June 6 at the Philomath Scout Lodge and the theme this year is a garden party. Please join in our largest fundraiser by offering a fun service, event, or item. Do you have access to a getaway at the beach, in the mountains, or other vacation spot? These prized offerings always earn lots for our Fellowship.

Services are a wonderful and fun way to meet other UUFC members and build community. Do you have a skill, interest, or hobby that you would like to share with others? Some possibilities: bird watching; dance lessons; singing lessons; music performances; guitar or ukulele lessons; drawing or painting opportunities; clay crafting; knitting lessons; rafting on the river; dinner for 4-12; computer help; house or window cleaning; clutter reduction; woodlands hike; homemade dinners delivered; homemade artisan breads or preserves; custom scarf or journal; gift basket; wine tasting on your patio; camping; yard work; cooking classes; gardening help; trip to the beach; anything you love. 

Did you downsize or maybe clean out your closets this year and have some special items that you no longer want or need, such as jewelry, furniture, or artwork that you would be willing to donate?  Bonus points if your donation coordinates with this year’s theme!

The Services and Silent Auction is a fun party. You’ll definitely want to attend. Everything you donate and everything that’s purchased goes to help support the UUFC. Submit information about your donation(s) here, and the Fundraising Team will reach out.  Paper copies of the donation form will be available at the Fellowship after worship on Sundays. Thank you!
