UUFC Safety Team presents
Annual Emergency Preparedness Training
Saturday September 26. 10 AM – 12 Noon. Sanctuary
This training is designed specifically for all House Managers, Building Staff, Foyer Watchers, Board Members, Acting DRE’s, everyone involved in Sunday worship services.
Media team members and Welcome greeters are encouraged to attend.
This training event is open to everyone in the congregation.
Training includes demonstration of new equipment, new instruction sheets, and proper use of the walkie-talkie radios. Slide presentations will provide step-by-step explanation of the evacuation process.Tours of the building will demonstrate alarm systems and exit routes.
The training session will be available on Zoom, and recorded for later viewing.
It is extremely important for the safety of the congregation that all individuals involved in Sunday worship services be fully aware of their duties in case of evacuation as outlined in the most current Evacuation Protocol. Please come to the training!
