Sexuality and Gender Diversity Justice Team

A part of the UUFC Justice Council

Mission

To facilitate awareness, acceptance, and allyship for, and between, LGBTQIA+ people and the full UUFC community.

Goals

1. Ensure the continuation of the Queerly Beloved social meetup group, which is an intentionally queer, safe space for LGBTQIA+ people and allies to come together and build community. 

2. Coordinate efforts within UUFC to provide educational content regarding LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences.

Rainbow Social Hour

A safe, social space for LGBTQIA+ people of any age. Connect with friends new and old, and find inspiration and community. Contact Vedis Frick with any questions.

Our gender expansive support group meets every other Saturday at 12 pm on ZOOM.

Our nonbinary group is meeting the last Tuesday of the month at 7pm.

Our transmasculine support group meets the last Wednesday of the month at 7 pm on ZOOM.

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Old Mill Center 

A safe space and online group for LGBTQIA+ youth. Meets on Zoom!

Stay connected, make new friends, learn skills, discover shared interests, and talk about topics that matter to you. All 5th through 9th graders are welcome to attend this free group!

Queerly Beloved

Third Sundays 4-6 pm at UUFC

An affinity group within the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Corvallis

Join LGBTQ+ folx and allies for social gatherings centered on queer issues and themes. We understand the importance of queer community, and our goal is to provide a safe space where people can find that sense of belonging right here in Corvallis. 

After 8 Book Club

A book club for people identifying as women loving women. Meets monthly in member’s homes.  

7-8:30 pm, first Thursday of the month.

The Pride Center provides programs and support services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual members of the on-campus and online OSU community and their allies (LGBTQQIAA)

Corvallis Area Lavender Women

Corvallis Area Lavender Women (CALW) is a lesbian socialization and networking group, providing women-loving women of all ages, safe and accepting space to engage in a variety of social and recreational activities. The group is designed to facilitate interaction between lesbians living in Corvallis, or in other locations throughout Linn/Benton counties.
